My assumption is the same. And this would be a more acceptable scenario. Still, when deadlines are often an issue for most of us, I feel like a little more predictability wouldn't have hurt :)

Reading here that most users of GTX 670 especially with factory OC'd versions are having trouble with this new version, would it be wise for me to try and install the new FakeSMC at all? I have a Zotac GTX 670 OC on a Z77X-UD5H and was hoping that these plugins would help get back my sleep/wake...
Guys, some of us are noobs and are curious of the updating process... Do we have to re install checking the same boxes we did on initial installation? Do we need to delete or change anything first ex. FakeSMC. Please don't ignore this question since I realize other people are asking too... Thanks.

More or less normal for 32 bit score and stock clock speed. Really annoyed me too at first and then I decided to OC.. but lost sleep/wake functionality and had to disable EIST to make it work
Overclocked to 4.2 Ghz with auto voltage using a Cooler Master Hyper 612S cooler.

With the Z77X UD5H board i installed the FakeSMC plugins but my Geekbench dropped from 14400 something to 13015... Anyone else have this? I am really annoyed
