my system has OsxAptioFix2Dev pre installed, but safe mode does not work, booting the system with no (-x or -v) works, or even booting it normally works, if i remove OsxAptioFix2Dev, my system can't boot altogether adding OsxAptioFixDrv or OsxLowMemFixDrv on there own, also does not fix this...

I get the same error, my system boots normally if i just select the boot entry for osx, but if I press space bar and try any of the options (safe mode) I get the same error then bought back to the bootloader

You are most welcome, remember after updating OSX, 10.10.x, use nv_disable=1 in the boot loader to get it to update you may have problems with sound, or even getting it to boot, so start following steps 3) again till you get it working :headbang:
