Bluetooth doesn't work after wake on Monterey.

TLDR: Is your keyboard plugged into a hub or directly into a USB port? I've had my vintage 2003 Apple keyboard plugged into my monitor's USB hub since High Sierra. All sleep, wake and power functions worked fine. I skipped Catalina and, after converting from Clover to Opencore and Big Sur...

    GA-Z77X-UD5H Sleep issue

    - Some folks have fixed jerky mouse issues with a newer BIOS (v14) that lets you disable the Internal CPU PLL Overvoltage. Maybe that would help you too? - Have you tried different USB ports for the keyboard? If the keyboard is plugged into a USB3 port, try one of the USB2 ports on the back...

After redoing MB, restart and running HWMonitor again, it is in my menu. Don't know what is different, but everything is working as intended....

    HWMonitor doesn't open

First time trying HWMonitor (v1.1, 10.8.2) and when I try to open the app, it starts a process that's it - no display. FakeSMC seems to working OK, as I can see temps, fan speeds... in iStats widget. Any ideas what may be wrong?

First desktop hackintosh, a few questions.

Q#3: I've got the modular version of that PSU. No complaints or problems. Here is a good link for PSU's in general: http://www.tonymacx86.com/188-how-pick-power-supply-matches-your-hardware.html Regarding the SSD, 128GB can go pretty fast, depending on your uses. I'd go larger if you can...

iCloud, App Store, FaceTime, Messages - Unable to Authenticate

On 10.8.2, I could connect to iTunes store with no problem but couldn't authenticate Messages (had never tried before). It would fail every time with something like "the server encountered an error processing registration please try again later”. I tried every permutation of adding the hex...

    GA-Z77X-UD5H Multibeast HELP!!

Good catch on the Atheros. I tried loading that in MB and the adapter doesn't work. Intel is fine, though, so that is all I really care about for now. I tried the MSRDumper and got the "usual" for 3,1: 16 17 18 19 20 and 42 (current setting.) I thought PStates are primarily for reduced power...

    GA-Z77X-UD5H Multibeast HELP!!

Aries4Life: I'd be interested in hearing how this works out. I'm a noob on the OC stuff. I'm using MacPro 3,1 and have my multiplier set to 42 and RAM profile1 so it will stick at 1600. Otherwise, 16GB Vengeance low profile defaults to 1333. Don't know if it's the RAM or mobo or ?? Gives me a...

Post SSD Alignment after cloning Lion with CCC

There are a few other threads around that say CCC can't make a bootable copy of a working startup drive, if that's what you mean. Experience bears this out. Some have suggested SuperDuper (sp?) but haven't tried that. I've had a few Oh Hell moments and wouldn't mind a backup.

No Bluetooth in System Preferences [Sabrent Bluetooth]

It appears I may also have a bad BT-USBT adapter from Sabrent. After trying unsuccessfully to get it to work on the Hackintosh, I tried it on my Mac Pro. Removed a verified working Apple BT from the mobo and plugged in the Sabrent. Nothing recognized and no BT pref pane. Pull the Sabrent, plug...

    Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H-WB WiFi DSDT

Have tried virtually every combo of BIOS and Multibeast settings I can find here. At a loss, as neither wake nor sound are working correctly for me. Sound doesn't bother me too much, as I usually go through USB. As for the waking, boot time off of a SSD is ~20sec, so might just go that route. In...

    Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H-WB WiFi DSDT

You are Sandy, tho, while OP is Ivy. I just did my first Hackintosh this week with the same board and 3770K. It has been much easier than anticipated, largely due to the massive amount of info and help around here. Back to the point, I just got to testing sleep tonight. Sleep works fine. It's...
