    Geekbench gives it a 13542, which is pretty damn good. Holding up well, not had a single issue in weeks

    Yep this is PCI, it's works perfectly on Mac OSX. The chose of the X79 chipset means that PCI is supported natively by the chipset.

    Re: If intel new X79 support lion? Got my Gigabyte GA-X79-UD3 System working this morning, dead easy just followed the iboot and Multibeast guide, used easy beast as no DSDT. Now running with Snow Leopard 10.6.8. Only issue was that I had to add the PCIRootUID=1 to get the install to complete...
