    SUCCESS - GA-H67MA-USB3-B3, i5-2500K - SL to Lion 10.7.1

Yes I had that too. Usually changing IP is not very frequent, so I was content with it. I wrote to Lnx2Mac initially about this, but he said it shouldn't happen - write to him a brief description and send him the Debug version's logfiles, maybe he can help you further. Brilliant, thanks!

    SUCCESS - GA-H67MA-USB3-B3, i5-2500K - SL to Lion 10.7.1

HDMI audio was not in my scope as the Sandy Hack Mini required also much hacking. The ALC889 Audio ports should work (didn't test optical) as they are fully supported in System Profiler (in multibeast Audio / ALC889 AND AppleHDA rollback are both needed!).

    SUCCESS - GA-H67MA-USB3-B3, i5-2500K - SL to Lion 10.7.1

the machine is not with me anymore, but both outputs worked with a mac mini definition from MultiBeast, so I don't see any reason why both would not work at the same time. My other display is an analog one so can't test further :(

    SUCCESS - GA-H67MA-USB3-B3, i5-2500K - SL to Lion 10.7.1

I didn't test both screen at same time, but both outputs work (HDMI, DVI), so I assume they should work together as well.

Mac OS X 10.7.1 Update - The Official Thread

Gigabyte GA-H67MA-USB3-B3, i2500K, HD3000 VGA, 10.7.1 with Multibeast 4.0.2 sleep works, but if I just press the mouse button the machine wakes and about 10s later it goes back to sleep. if i keep pressing the keyboard repeatedly the system wakes OK. anyhow, a CMOS reset occurs when entering...

I'm new to Lion - but anyhow, thanks for the confirmation! have you tried this with the DSDT autopatcher maybe? that was my second thought, but I didn't go that far just yet.

    MultiBeast 4.0.2: Lion Edition

it turns out I'm a noobie to Lion. I turned dashboard back the old way it now I can see that I HAVE QE/CI after all. thanks for the great work Tony and MacMac  The only remaining thing is that the machine does not wake properly from sleep. it wakes if I keep pressing the...

    Need help for full QE/CI on HD3000 - i5-2500K

I've been searching my arse off but I haven't found a proper guide that explains how to change my device ID for the CPU to have full QE/CI - what tools are required, etc... ? I got a setup that has a GA-67MA-USB3-B3 and an i2-2500K, I got as far as installing SL, then upgrading to Lion, then...

    MultiBeast 4.0.2: Lion Edition

Now I gave it a "proper" go with all necessary options I need, used the DSDT from the database - but the machine was autodetected as a MacPro3,1 (early 2008), and now only a single DVI output works. The bigger problem is that I don't get QE/CI and my Graphics ID is detected as 0x0126, whereas...

    MultiBeast 4.0.2: Lion Edition

found the problem - the Motherboard analog DSub output stopped working with smbios.plist as Mac Mini, but the HDMI and the DVI both work now on full resolution! Now I need to get QE/CI working. my device ID is reported as 126, whereas the 2500K is 112. I will try to edit my DSDT and revert...

    MultiBeast 4.0.2: Lion Edition

well i reinstalled from scratch... I got up to latest everything in Software Update (10.7.1 with latest security patch). I skipped MB4.0.2 this time and just installed Chimera 1.5.3 standalone - again the same problem, hanging at boot time. This time around I was able to boot in safe mode and...

    MultiBeast 4.0.2: Lion Edition

I had a working Lion with the system as this: - GA-H67MA-USB3-B3 - i2500K w/ HD3000 (video still on 1024x768) - 4GB RAM - etc I used Tony's iBoot + Snow Leo + Upgrade method. Then after finishing I installed MB 4.0.2 with the same options and since then the rig is unable to boot - hangs at the...

Please assist with making a backup / clone

I would also like a method for an idiotproof backup solution. I have a friend who I made a hackintosh for, but he is not at all PC-savvy. He can't use TimeMachine restore if the OSX partition is garbled, cause it just doesn't work, I tried three times and failed twice. :( I suggested him to...

Re: Budget GA-H67MA-USB3-B3, i5-2500K, HD3000 - Snow Leo to Lion - Installed 10.7 Lion from the AppStore download, along Tonymacx86's guide with xMove, rebooted with no issues. I had to reinstall the network driver from MultiBeast 3.8.0 to get networking working. - Installed OSX10.7.1 and all...

What order to upgrade with Snow Leopard?

I booted again with iBoot (success!) then ran Multibeast again (success!), then I got a working 10.6.8 system with minor issues I could fix. Now the question is if I can make HD3000 working in snow leopard and with what settings? The latest chimera installed but then the system never boots...
