Try booting with GraphicsEnabler=Yes and see if that changes anything. Also, are you trying to boot into the installer or an already-installed partition?

Are you using a graphics card or the integrated cpu graphics?

VGA is like not a thing in OS X. Just use HDMI or DVI. In other words, OSX does not support analog display output and it's not even worth trying to get it working.

How about the HD4600 framebuffers? And for the Intel Graphics, how do we know which FB we should be using?

Are you using the upper HDMI port? Are you booting with -x?
