As P1LGRIM stated (Thanks!), you'll want to make sure your config and files are updated for the version of OpenCore that you are using. I believe the current files are for 0.6.5. There should be a note in the top of the config. You could also just download 0.6.5 and use it then update later.

Are you on Big Sur? I don't need to spoof any device ID's in big sur. All this makes me wonder if your front audio connector is bad (has a short circuit that is broken when plugged). You could try unplugging the header on the motherboard and see if everything else works.

@cliffDeane When troubleshooting an issue like that, its helpful to look at IO Registry and see how things are loading. If you like you could open IOREgistryExplorer.app (you should be able to find a download around the community), save the file and post it.

I assume you have the same motherboard and you have your graphics card installed in the first x16 slot? Definitely remove SSDT-X1_1-ARPT.aml from the acpi folder.
