I noticed this when using a windows keyboard on a Mac. Not really sure how to fix it though. I just got an Apple keyboard.

Bad news. As I was going to record my attempts at your suggestions. I reached for the power button, and got a shock. Now my computer won't post. I assume it's my motherboard because my USB light isn't coming on. Hopefully it it just that. I am going into my room to cry now.. Hahaha

I also forgot.. My sata0 & sata1 are the "white" ports on my board. From what I read, am I not suppose to avoid plugging anything into them?

I never would have thought the HDD would be the problem itself... My prob now is, I only have WD HDD lol :banghead: ... Newegg here I come. Any suggestion for a SSD?

I set IDE to AHCI. I set HPET to 64bit.. I am using an old sata ii hard drive I had sitting around. My DVD is sata aswell

Prob solved.. Just burned it on a windows machine... Now I keep getting osx cannot be installed on this system.. Right after I select the language. Hmmm

djzilos makes a good point. How well do the cards handle multiple displays? (my 6870 is built to support 6) I intend on having three 27" displays though. If I happened to want 6 in the future, unlikely, would all displays function?
