That I am not sure about.. I would try deleting it though. It can only interfere with Chameleon.

There might be a workaround, but as far as I know the disk needs to be formatted HFS+ to work with Time Machine. So no, you can't use the NTFS drive without reformatting it.

You could try Chameleon bootloader; that's what works for me. Install it with the Chameleon Wizard: http://www.osx86.net/downloads.php?do=file&id=1713. If you already have your partitions set up, it should work right away.
