Awesome! Works on my OSX 10.11.1 install with a Asus PB278QR attached to a GTX9800 via DVI. When I have it started as a login item however it doesn't display the dark gray square that shows the brightness level though, although I don't really mind that. Would it at all be possible to have it...
Just took an Ohmmeter to the headsets 4 part plug (i did indeed notice that ;)) but the only thing i can find is that the middle button on the headset connects the mic to the headset (as in shorts it out). I can't register anything pressing the vol up or down buttons on any combination of left...
Hah thanks =) i've searched the web but it seems that Apple is the only one that actually uses that specific controller.
I did find out that the Mac mini has the Cirrus 4206ACNZ, but again Apple is the only one using that particular controller. I've looked at other teardowns but never was there...
What i am actually looking for is a card that resembles the stock hardware in iMacs or Mac Pro's as close as possible. I don't need anything fancy with a gazillion inputs or midi or things like that. I would however like to have combined outputs so that my iphone headset works with complete ie...

I'm not having problems with my serial ;)

Just installed the R1496 Chameleon version. No joy. No iCloud, no FaceTime, no AppStore. Trying to figure out why the hell i updated in the first place...
Just installed the latest Chimera (the one in the Multibeast installer that i just downloaded). However Facetime still doesn't work, neither do the Appstore and iCloud. Kind of running out of ideas here. Going to try and find that Chameleon version that supposedly makes iCloud work.
Just updated. Mixed results so far. I have no idea how to check which version of Chameleon i'm running. However, i had to remove the graphics+network string from boot.plist. just to get a visual after booting. After that i ofcourse didn't have any acceleration anymore so i installed NVEnabler to...
Is there any way to tell which version of Chameleon i'm running ? Can't really find a number anywhere xD.
Also, i just updated to 10.7.1 after which i used Kext Utility to replace the AppleHDA.kext and to rebuild my kextcaches. However, i rely on SleepEnabler.kext to get my hack to wake up...
