Yeah as soon as update finished I got the same blue flashing just like that video that someone posted in your links. I restored to 10.12.3 from my carbon copy clone and everything is back to normal. Guess I can't go to 10.12.4 till I get a new graphics card.

try and shutdown, does it reboot? Thats what mine was doing. I'm pretty sure its due to the atheros driver in multibeast. I did the top one v2.0.1 and my system would reboot on sleep, shutdown, and restart (lol that one worked) I reinstalled Sierra without the atheros driver and it worked...
