I know this is an old thread but...
I have the exact same Graphic Card and the same problem : if I load Duckweed framebuffer, HDMI is detected but remains blank where my screen connected to DP is fine !
Have you found a way to solve this problem ?
Re: Mac Mini With BlueTooth Trackpad Sleep Tip
This will do the trick too :
osascript -e 'tell application "System Events" to sleep'
Just when you need it ;)
Re: Mac Mini With BlueTooth Trackpad Sleep Tip
Awesome, this is working great ! Even if the trackpad is just "disconnected". Thanks ahallasjr.
Is there a way to auto-disconnect the trackpad just before the hackintosh goes to sleep?
I only have one monitor but i read somewhere (if I remember well) it should with PCIRootUID=0
Do you use chimera 1.7? Where do you get stuck in verbose mode?
Sorry but i don't know anything about the brightness :eh:
Hi,
Everything works fine on my computer except USB 3.0 (two blue USB 3.0 ports at the back).
I installed NEC/Renesas 3.0 USB Kext via MultiBeast 4.2.1 and USB 3.0 ports are activated in BIOS.
My computer boots without problem,
the two ports are detected under USB in system,
but I have a KP...
I tried using or not Kernel Cache but it doesn't help !
I always use KextUtility... and I always get stuck with GE=Yes
What do you exactly use in org.chameleon.Boot.plist ?
Thanks budiosx,
My HD 3000 works very well but I would like to make this card work on Lion too (I already made it work last year on SL).
What's very weird is that everything works fine with HD 3000,
and if i just change GC to HD5450 with GE=Yes, boot stops here : "disk0s3:journal replay done"...
Hi everybody,
I'm sorry to bother but I'm trying to get my HD5450 recognized in Lion (10.7.2) and don't manage it. Here's what I tried :
-Add my Device ID 0x68F91002 to ATi5000controller.kext and ATiReadeonx3000.kext.
-No ATI flag or Injectors (doesn't even work with the injector...)
-Graphics...
Mine is working very good out the box with Skype, FaceTime, Photo Booth and Logitech stoftware (even with the last updated software).
I don't have to plug/unplug it to make it work but I have to relaunch Photo Booth on first use.
I'm just a little bit disappointed by the pretty bad quality of...
Boot gets stuck with "PCI configuration begin"
Do you have any PCI card plugged? If yes, try to boot unplugged.
Are you able to boot in safe mode? (try -x -v)
Are you able to boot from iBoot?
Have you tried to install MultiBeast with NullCPUPowerManagement?
PS : To be sure, could you please tell us what's the actual state of your system (OSX version + kexts installed), where you boot from (HDD or iBoot) and what you have tried.
