Well Parallels have improved thier software in a way that is impressing to see , even with a touch of Lion going on,this is great... I just love the new Interface:

The new parallels 7 just released with osx lion support works beautifully and so smooth even the interface has lion characteristics..[ grey cloth background ]... should you want to upgrade;Highly recommended... :headbang:

Sleep works for some people and then others it just wont work.. if you look through the forum you will find different fixes for different setups... _____________ but in saying that What is going wrong with yours. does it sleep at all? can you wake it up?or do you have to reboot to wake it...

when you first see the boot screen press the spacebar and you will see it, then just type in any boot flags you need.or any key for that matter.....

I cant say for sure but as i dont know what Pci devices you have installed and whether or not you have checked the compatability of each as such..try disabling it and see;could be a graphics problem but cant tell as you have only given basic details in your post....if you fill out your signature...
