I got my problem resolved. My Rom Version was showing as 00000 0 0 0 0 00 0 00 i used the terminal commands to force my rom version to my ethernet address then when i tried to log in i got the prompt to call apple... i did that and all is well again spoke to soon.

that oem smbios kext is inside the fake smc download the latest multibeast delete the fakesmc kext DONT RESTART and reinstall fakesmc with latest multi beast then restart fake smc in the lates multibeast doesnt have that problem then upgrade

It may be possible but it depends on what you consider a hackintosh. If you want a clunky experiance that Finder itself might not work then yes mabey it will work. If you want it to act like a real mac then prolly not.
