I wouldn't worry about the CPU temps. What I would be interested in is the delta between that and the ambient temp.

mr_z, yes you can. Remove and hook up your MBP's HD to your hackintosh. Run Migration Assistant on your hackintosh. If all is well, it should see your MBP user account and allow you to transfer your apps and documents. PS: You don't need a Time Machine backup for this.

This doesn't apply to him because he's using a 3570k. He wouldn't have a VT-d setting in his BIOS.

You didn't tell us that this was an upgrade. Go and delete /System/Library/Extensions/FakeSMC.kext/Contents/Plugins/OEMsmbios.kext and you should be OK.
