I don't know if it has anything to do with my issue but I have tried setting SecureBootModel to Default and to Disabled without any difference. In this file I think it's set to Default ( which was the . . . default)

Do it in UEFI/BIOS I know in my case that turning CSM support off when booting UEFI worked for me. You can try it by changing Windows 8/10 features from "Other OS" to Windows 8/10 WHQL. Then the option to disable CSM support will be visible. Good luck

You have to set "Windows 8/10 Features" from "Other OS" to "Windows 8/10 WHQL" . Then the option to disable CSM Support will appear. Also make sure you're actually booting using UEFI and not legacy <---- I'm sure you know this but . .
