Audio controller was set to "Auto" set to "Enabled" and rebooted. Upon rebooting, I still had no audio, but found I had lost Ethernet as well (for who knows what reason). Created yet another Boot.plist to get that functioning again, but I'm still without audio devices. Little has changed...
