Have you run multibeast and installed Easy (first option in MB)? After that, you should be able to boot without the USB. J

Same here. I have the same issue. Boots just fine from another drive. ML fails to boot from the SSD with my 550ti installed. J

No joy with those settings (GE=N PCI=0). Guess I'll swap out my 550ti for my HD5770 to see how that works. J

Hey all, I've been working on OC'ing my new hack and had a few issues. Basically, any change I made in BIOS (clock speed, etc) wasn't recognized by OSX. In fact, if I used anything other than "Optimized Settings", Geekbench would score 6k. If using Optimized Settings, I score 11-12k...

Now the OSX score is higher than Windows...as it should be! J

Weird. For kicks, I loaded "optimized defaults" in the BIOS and rebooted. I'm now scoring 12k in OSX. Gonna reboot and see what I get in Windows.

Any idea why my system reports a 6k in OSX and 12k in Windows? Core i7 2600k Z77-DS3H 16gb I'm guessing I've done something wrong. Clean install of both OSes. Thanks! Jason

I am trying to stick with Gigabyte as that brand seems to be the dominate preference. That said, I've always liked ASUS and will look into it. Thanks for the feedback!
