Radeon Compatibility Guide - ATI/AMD Graphics Cards

"Mac Edition" EFI flashes are of no use whatsoever for Hackintoshs, in best case you won't break anything.

You're right that El Capitan introduced sleep issues with AMD GPUs, but from what I've heard HD 5xxx series GPUs are not affected by that. Your issue als sounds untypical to me, as that AMD bug won't prevent your computer from sleeping but from waking up.
So I think your issue is unrelated, I'd have a look for guides / tutorials on your specific mainboard.

Hello I was 5 different gpu amd and I get working all of them hd5750,hd5770,r7 250,r7 360 and r9 270x and like hd5770 witch work out of box have 73fps with openGL benchmark and hd5750 work with injected id of 5770 what strange fps was 93 ... r7 250 working but fps 20 and just clock speed 150mhz same with r7 360 and r9 270x its working perfect but 10.11,10.10 and 10.9.2 show as pitcarn prototype and if you try on 10.9,10.9.1 its show as FirePro D300 and working mutch better and drivers is different fps on 10 higher and in luxmark giving 300 more...

Hello!

I'm Trying to make a Dell optiplex 980, Core i5 1st Generation, 4 GB RAM and an intel (dont know which) graphics card.

The thing is that it stucks when the loadbar shows half percent loaded for installation, I've been doing some research on this, and, as far as I have read, the problem seems to be the intel graphics card (no wonder).

So, since it is a Ultra Small Form Factor (USFF) I've been looking for a decent low profile graphics card that helps me with photoshop and Final Cut Pro, do you know some cards that can work, as you say "OOB" ? I've been considering a Powercolor HD3650 that a coleage left here at my office (little forsaken one!) or two asus: HD5450 and Radeon R5 230.

Or if any of you know how to solve the problem without replacing the graphics card, that would be very appreciated!

Thanks

Which bootloader are you using? I'm still running Yosemite with Chimera but I'm afraid to make the jump. I use an MSI R9 380 4GB with i7-4770K cpu.

@drho2004: Quote from first post of this thread:
Note on Radeon HD 7000 / R7 / R9 cards
Chameleon/Chimera currently has compatibility issues with those cards. There are some workarounds such as moving the bootloader to the EFI partition and/or using the Intel iGPU for booting. In my opinion using Clover is the best and cleanest way since it will get you also some other benefits.
If you still want to stick with Chameleon/Chimera, here are some links to get you started:
