thank you so much for the help thus far, i have been able to boot clover, however when i select the install OS X option in verbose the only thing that pops up is "+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++" and then the computer reboots to the clover field. I have been trying different config.plist files with no luck. Any Advice??

Change the Clover theme you're using such that you're certain your booting from the EFI/Clover you think you are.

Note: It could be a USB problem (check BIOS settings also).. try all USB ports. Also, try with VboxHfs instead of HFSPlus.efi. Also, some computers need DataHub and EmuVariable (in drivers64UEFI).

Make sure you're booting UEFI mode.
