Well this are the results of a Xeon e5 2696v4 on a ASUS X99 Deluxe II, Nvidia 980Ti Hybrid, 64GB Ram but only are showing 32GB kit. It did flat line at first bench test but from there after it haven't it stays from 2.6 to 2.7 the results from Windows are posted some where along this thread some where but they are greater than this, the best results that I have got in Windows are 3245 w/ this same board the Deluxe II, I know the score on Mac always are lower then Windows but I did the same bench run on my other X99 Deluxe w/ a 5960X and w/ El Capitan the scores are closer than Windows now, So I was expecting a score of 3100 w/ the Xeon on El Capitan since the scores on Windows are 3140 3125 some where in between. So I guess I.m going to have to do some tweaking, but the end results are great, don't anybody think? Credit on this one goes to a Forum member w/ name Crist1111 and AugustoPaulo, and some others that I'm not allow to mention here I guess.

On this video you will see the scores of 2 bench test done on El Capitan, CB R15 and Geekbench 64 also you will see the processor flat line at 2.8 on Geekbench but at CB R15 not. All I have done basically its swapping the CPU and Motherboard but I did setup the Bios on my Deluxe 2 same as my Deluxe, so basically it works as intend on the Deluxe. Well here is the video
for anyone willing to see it.

Have you tried the Pike hack for getting Turbo to work on your Xeon?

@ R2Tican, no I haven't if you could guide me to it, I probably could give it a shot or asking to generate a custom one for my CPU. Thanks for the heads up.

Hi folks,
I can now happily confirm that this rig is compatible with Pro Tools HD with a PCIe card. The Nighflyer and I tried very hard to get the HD Native Thunderbolt working but no luck. Both the Asus 2 port and the Asus 1 port Thunderbolt PCIe card are not working correctly. The problem is that when you restart the machine or when there are any crashes you need to change the Bios Setting from 4x to 2x or vice versa to be able to select the HD Native Thunderbolt in Pro Tools again. A technician from Intel told me that this would reset the Thunderbolt card. Otherwise it would just not show up. Now with the PCIe card from Avid all is fine, everything is working as it should.

has anyone got titan x hdmi audio to work? i tried the script and PEGO ssdt on the forums, there are not working. i have the apple hda installed
Follow toleda's audio guide by searching in this forum...anyway i've working hdmi audio with my gtx980TI with this method:
1) in EFI\EFI\CLOVER\config.plist add in ACPI/DSDT patches
Code:
comment Rename ALZA to HDEF Find*[HEX] 414C5A41 Replace* [HEX] 48444546
2) In tab "Devices" set Audio Inject to "1"
3) Download toleda's audio_hdmi_amd-nvidia-master folder from https://github.com/toleda/audio_hdmi_amd-nvidia/archive/master.zip and find the right ssdt.aml from ssdt_hdmi-nvidia folder that would match your graphics card location
4) Put toleda's ssdt.aml in EFI\EFI\CLOVER\ACPI\patched folder
Restart and you should have working audio HDMI.

Hi guys,
how do you deal with dynamic fan management?
I bought the Kraken NZXT x61 but I can't raise the fan level much higher than 1100 rpm in Bios.
Also for OSX, how do you raise the fan speed when having a higher CPU load?
Thanks, best,

I've the same liquid cooler kit and my settings in bios are in default so the fan automatically will put level higher or lower due to cpu temp.
The important is to put the cable in the right pin of the mainboard, not in chassis fan pin but in cpu temp pin.

Anyone given this a shot with Sierra?
