Okay, thanks.. when bootloader loads it always show's me that EthernetBuiltIn equals to NO, and EnableWifi=No, do these settings affect something?

Thanks!

Chameleon is not really supported here for 10.11... (Clover only).

But EthernetBuiltIn supports marking the PCIe ethernet that may be present as built-in (it uses EFI injection).
Ethernet must appear built-in for the Mac App Store work.

No idea what EnableWifi does. It was introduced after I stopped using Chameleon.

You should be using Clover.

Clover is a first bootloader I always try but for some reason my laptop just doesn't like Clover. When I was on Yosemite I was using Chameleon and now to get El Capitan working I'm using bootloader from Enoch (Chameleon branch)

Follow the pinned Clover guide linked from the FAQ in this forum.

can't get to verbose mode, even though I select it with Spacebar key and then "boot MacOS with selected flags" - and all I can see is Apple logo, loading screen and then a crossed circle. o_O

upd: okay, I'm entering bootflags manually now... crossed circle, though... trying different kexts...

upd2: no good, keeps crashing...

Let's see if you followed the guide...

Boot verbose, show photo. Attach EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (omit 'themes' folder).

I did.

upd: it seems that the last line is "still waiting for root device", tried with "npci=0x2000" - no use... =(

You did not follow the guide.

I assume this is booting legacy, because drivers64UEFI is not per guide.

CLOVER/kexts/Other is not per guide. Remove all kexts except FakeSMC.kext and VoodooPS2Controller.kext.
Your config.plist is not per guide (none of my plists use MacBookPro6,1). Use a config.plist linked from the guide.

Also, the clover version you're using (v3716) is not that recommended by the guide (guide very clearly says to use v3625).

If you're booting the installer from USB, try all USB ports. You may need to use USBInjectAll.kext in Clover/kexts/Other.

did it, same result... =( Will try with USBInjectAll.kext now...

upd: Kernel Panic with USBInjectAll.kext

Please verify that you're booting the installer from USB. Because "still waiting for root" is a different problem if you're booting to an OS X volume on the HDD or SSD (then it is a SATA problem).
