Hi guys,
Firstly can I say waht a fantastic site this is. I have had iMac's for quite a few years now & not untill recently did I even know this could be done.
A few years ago when I lived in the dark ages of windows XP/ Vista I built a couple of PC's but then I found Mac's & have not looked back since. But I now have an urge to build my own system & I was wondering if any of you could cast an experienced eye over my shopping list & let me know if I am going to have any problems that you can see.
Most of the parts have come from the buyers guide but what I dont know is if they will play nicely togeather.

I know there will be quite a few other bits like keyboards, speakers, bluetooth & network cards etc to get, but its the main parts Im sorting now.

Water cooling kit http://www.watercoolinguk.co.uk/p/EK-Water-Blocks-EK-Watercooling-KIT-X360_47665.html

Any words of wisdom would be much apprecated.

Thanks

Chris.

Nice looking case but why would you want to bend over to reach the USB ports near the floor? If you put the case at table top level then it'll take up a lot of real estate. If you put it on the floor it will probably collect dust and dirt quickly. If you put it on a 1 foot hight shelf you'll still need to bend over and bend sideways to be able to get to the UB ports on the left side of the case.

I would go with 64GB of DDR4 PC3200, say, something like the G.Skill Hyper Z memory. No matter what mem you buy it should be a single kit, and it's probably best to get the max, now, as you will probably not be able to procure the exact same memory a year or two from now.

Thanks for the advice as for the case I have a 2.3 mtr desk to put it on so thats no problem.

I get that its a good thing to max out the ram now but why is G-Skill the recomended? I am inclined to just get 2 packs of the curcial sport. But if you can give a good arguement for the G-Skill i will have a closer look at it.
