kyphotog , I have 2 gtx 680 and they are recognized , in luxmark operate the two but only opencl 1.2 , but no see cuda in luxmark v2 o v3 . In windows operate (opencl 1.2 + cuda) and points is the double.

cuda no work in mac os? , and tested driver native macosx and webdriver with cuda driver instaled and I do not get it to work cuda.

is normal ? no way to activate cuda ? SMBIOS affects? I use mac pro 6.1.

after install of cuda 7.5, reboot and check with octane bench, it's a benchmark for GPU rendering, if cuda are not recognized you cannot run it. I use from years cuda under mac and hackintosh

El Capitan 10.11.6
Asus Rampage IV Black Edition, 4830k, 32gb of ram, and... i want to put more than one GPU...
i have 2 gtx 780, 1 780ti.

i just put all files in EFI partition to enable all slot for GPUs.
I used slot 1,2,4 like motherboard manual setup for three cards.

If I put two card (from three) all work fine and correctly recognized. When I put third and boot again, all seems work, also third card seen from OS, but... this third card are seen like 128mega card instead of 3gb.

I just tested single cards, all work fines.

All cards single or couple work fine in every slots of 4 of motherboard, only when I put third GPU I have this problem.
any idea? I miss to do something on configuration or setup of computer?

Hey everyone, I haven't been getting any notifications from any of the treads I am subscribed to since tonymacx86's last site update. I recently moved and settled into a new location where I have been getting back to nature much more. Sorry I have been lacking here but I have been filling my time in very fulfilling ways. However, I'm still happy to help.

Just had a nice long chat with an Adobe rep about crash issues around the latest Adobe CC (2015.3) and this build.

Shilohh, I'd love to get some advice on this, but don't want to clutter the thread for non-editors. Am I ok to post here about CC issues directly related to this build, or should I move it elsewhere?
Hey, sorry I haven't been active lately. I still do all my video work in yosemite. I am currently on premiere 9.0.0 (247). I feel like el capitan is just not worth the hassle. I have posted updates for those who want to use it but I don't think newer is always better. When it come to pro work, I prefer tried and true.

Hi everyone,
I've got a strange problem since i've installed my new GPU (EVGA-980Ti).
It's like all applications using quicktime not working, like Final Cut X and the quick look only for audio and video files in finder (not freezing but stay et 00:00s).
Other video softwares like DaVinci or Premiere CC seems to work well.
I install the latest Nvidia WebDrivers, same thing...
I install the OS X 10.11.6 combo update, the problem is still here.
Does someone have an idea to fix this ?

Sounds like it's related to openCL. Have you modified the framework in the past?

I don't change anything in the OpenCl framework, is there a way to repair or to check if it's really broke ?

No. Not if you didn't change anything. You should try some openCL benchmark to verify openCL performance. If numbers are abnormally low or the app crashes or give errors, you know that openCL is broken. If you have a windows install and benchmarks are similar there too, it could point to faulty hardware. If you don't have a windows install, you could try installing OS X fresh on a different drive. If the problem persist on a fresh clean install, then it could point to a possible hardware problem but could still be a software issue. If the issue is not present in the new install, then it points to something faulty in your current install.

Welcome back Shilohh!
Nature is always the best place to fill you with new energy!

Speaking of nature... I have weird artifacts growing on my displays lately.
Haven't updated anything in a while (still on 10.10.5) but my GTX 980 ti
is giving me random glitches. Any idea what causes that? It appeared after
a CUDA update and is random. DSDT issue?

Thanks for the help!

Thanks.

Sounds like a wonky CUDA update (or maybe web driver if you updated that too). Try reverting to the previous version and let us know if the issue persists.
