First hackintosh problems

Today I have been trying to do my first hackintosh install. I have the USB made with unibeast 6.2 with a legit el capitan and I believe I have my settings right in the bios. I run the boot and it shows the little Apple logo then the prohibited sign. I have tried a multitude of suggestions on this website and can't seem to get it working. If someone could help me I would be forever thankful.
