Hello to all again.

Re-installed MAC OS 10.11.5 on my PC. The motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-H81-D2V. It works me graphics card (intel). LAN operates me. Unfortunately, it does not work to me sound. A sound card is a Realtek ALC-887. I installed kext using MultiBeast. Speaker icon is gray and heard nothing?

I have problem with ALC887-VD2 on MB Asus B85M-G, OS X El Capitan. I have this panel for SPDIF output and optical viber I have connected to receiver. But I din't hear any sound. I did try to install latest multibeast with driver for ALC887, but driver seems doesn't work.
Someone has a similar problem?
Thanks!

Hello,

I hope someone can help me.
I messed up, after updating to 10.11.6.
I have no sound anymore.
I usually go through optical output

1. No sound, can't chose output device in settings
2. El Capitan 10.11.6; ASUS Gryphon; Intel i5 4650; ASUS GeForce GTX670
3. Tried to install ALC892, tried to restore native AppleHDA.kext
4. tried to inject AudioID with clover (no success)

Thanks for trying, please let me know if you need more information. I'm pretty much a newbie
