Alright thanks for all your help, I'm going to try this tonight and I will report back

Still no luck, I can't even get to the installer. It crashes at the same point as it did from the first post. I think it safe to say that it is not compatible with my laptop

First post photos demonstrate a graphics configuration problem. You should probably do some google searching to discover what you need to do to enable your nvidia chip on a laptop.

not sure what you mean by enable

I'm pretty sure for laptop nvidia you need to inject some properties. Normally these are done by GraphicsEnabler=Yes (and that may help), but the bootloader injection tends to be specific to desktops. You can inject properties via DSDT, but you have to know what you should be injecting. OS X drivers are relatively inflexible and rely to a great degree of information provided via ACPI/EFI injection by the Mac firmware.

asus g75vw runs fine with Yosemite.

El capitan has many differences regarding USB and other stuff, I never tried to install it.

try install with xhci mode disabled in boot and the flags: -v -xcpm (with clover) AICPUPMPATCH check

JahWorks

You are running El Capitan on the g75vw? Any issues with video and usb? Do you mind sharing how you accomplished that?

Yes! The 10.11.6. Any issue with video. Only with sd card. I have dsdt with patchs for usb by artur_pt.

update the bios for the latest version and boot with Clover with flags: -v -xcpm and select patch kernel and AppleIntelCPUPMPatch at binaries on clover. sorry for my english.

Great to know! Do you use any custom kexts? what is your smbios model? All USB3 ports working?

One thing that I notice is that in my Yosemite install is that the cpu/gpu gets quite hot in normal usage..

My English is not that good as well
