No Audio Devices - Realtek ALC AppleHDA [Guide]

Hi, toleda.
Since last tuesday I didn't do anything (I was out of town), here is the SSDT-HDEF+-1.aml file I put in ACPI/Patched, which is the only file in the folder. Which one should I put in ACPI/Patched then ?
ssdt_hdef-1-100-hdas ?

(As a reminder : I did a clean install of audio codecs, and used multibeast to install ALC 1150.)

Ok, so I placed SSDT-HDEF-HDAS-1.aml in EFI/Clover/ACPI/Patched and removed SSD-HDEF+-1.aml and I still have no audio device found, the layout id hasn't changed :/

Ran Multibeast/Audio/100 Series Audio.
Fix ( 1 or 2, not both):
1. Remove config.plist/ACPI/DSDT/Patches/Rename HDAS to HDEF (disables ssdt)
2. Remove SSDT-HDEF-HDAS-1.aml

I went with 1., I removed the patch, and it worked ! Thank you so much, toleda, for your help and your patience. I was losing hope, you're the best.
 
I have an issue with mine as well.

1. No Output Device in Preferences, CodecDetect reports Error: no IOReg/HDEF; BIOS/audio/disabled or ACPI problem; FIX:
2. 10.11.6/GA-H170-HD3/F5/Intel Core i3-6100/NviDia GTX 950
3. Tried cloverALC and pikeralphaALC
