I found this very clever video a while back and I though it might be useful here...

I used to have some relatively $$$ Shin Etsu stuff that came in tiny tubes. But I recently switched to MX-4... it's super cheap, works great, is easy to apply, and comes in a huge tube that will last forever. Forget the exotic stuff!

Extremely relevant video when you want to ensure a good connection to your cooler! I installed the big and bulky Thermalright Macho cooler on a +1 Ghz overclock and this video helped me tremendously in showing me exactly shows how the compound is spread

Should I get different solution that the ones cpu coollers are coming with ? I am thinking Noctua D15 or Corsair H100i.

If your CPU is running hot or it is too loud, then yes, you should look into another cooler. The main reason why people get a different one is for silence and performance. When you have a bigger heat sink you can run your fans at a slower speed, which reduces noise.
