I attempted to run Multibeast after the 10.9.5 update and it failed multiple times.

I checked for a Multibeast.log file but there was no file in ~\libraries\logs.

Attached is the install.log contents.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The install failed as the system couldn't rebuild the Kernelcache due to the version of FakeSMC, Plugins and HWMonitor app you have installed.

Use MultiBeast to upgrade to the latest.

I successfully installed "FakeSMC v6.9.1315 HWMontior Application", rebooted and then attempted to install the ALC898 driver and it failed.

Attached is the install log. Again no multibeast.log file.

O.K. I was installing the FakeSMC incorrectly. I now have that installed.

I then installed ALC898 successfully however the hardware in my system report is indicating all Apple inc. devices for Audio. The Realtek is not showing up.
