El Captain installed but can't boot Windows 10

Hello

Before El Captain update I had Chimera with Yosemite/Win10 and everything was OK.

I prepared USB UNIBEAST with Clover Legacy, installed EL Captain and.....now I can boot OSX (El Captain works) with usb but Win 10 shows black screen.

If I boot from HDD (Chimera) Win10 boots OK but OSX fails

Tried LegacyBiosDefault and NTFS driver in EFI Clover Drivers and still black screen with Win10.

What else can I check???

I don't want to install clover on HDD yet, don't want to loose Win 10 booting (Chimera works)

My mobo is h61m-d2-b3 so legacy BIOS.

What are your BIOS boot settings, especially the CSM setting? Have you upgraded to a UEFI BIOS or you still on the old AMI BIOS?

This is oldschool AWARD BIOS (can't upgrade to UEFI version from Gigabyte)....no CSM settings, no special BIOS boot settings....only boot order

Since you can dual boot Yos and Win10 with Chimera/Chameleon, you should be able to do the same with Clover booting ElCap and Win10. Post your config.plist and your org.chameleon.boot.plist.
Are you using a DSDT for booting Yosemite?

just tried to play with LegacyBiosDefault and NTFS driver but no success

and Yes I use DSDT...

I can try with Chameleon Enoch branch or another MOBO H81M-HD3 with UEFI but I use Haswell Celeron there and this can make another problems

OK, your config.plist has you booting the 64-bit and GE=Yes along with kext-dev-mode=1
for ElCapitan you do not need anything but GE=Yes which is inject nVidia = true in Clover and you already have that entered.

For the SMBIOS.plist, open the config.plist in EFI/Clover with Clover Configurator, select SMBIOS, use the wand to add a Mac Pro 3,1 SMBIOS to the config.plist. You can then edit the config.plist SMBIOS entry to match your existing one for serial number and such if you want to keep what you have - might be a good idea if you have iMessage and FaceTime working with your original.

Put your DSDT into EFI/Clover/ACPI/Patched folder.

If you are still working on the USB installer, try moving all of the kext files out of the numbered folder into Other and delete all of the numbered folders.

I've made all changes but still no luck...

I have no idea why Chimera 4.1 can boot my win 10 but Clover not...

When I try to start with Win10 partition I can see windows icon for 3 seconds then HDD Led starts for 1-2 seconds and then black screen

This may be problem with Win10 not including drivers for such an old model GPU. Try adding -x boot flag to Clover boot-args, boot and then try Win10. Your pic shows only one Win10 icon label - is this only Win10 partition or are there others hidden?

8800GS GPU has full support in Win10

I think it's time to say goodbye to my Legacy BIOS MOBO. H61M-D2-B3 goes to MediaCenter and H81M-HD3 I will use for my desktop PC with UEFI DUAL BOOT.
