How to install windows and unbuntu on the same HDD

Hi,

I have OSX 10.9.5 on a SSD and I won't touch it (anyway it doesn't want to upgrade).
But I also have a HDD on which I would like to install windows on one partition and ubuntu on another.

I understood the part about disconnecting the SSD and setting the boot order in chimera.

But what I 'm not sure about is how to proceed between linux and windows...
Which one first ? Should I partition the HDD, when ? and then can I have three choices for booting ?

My Machine : GA-Z87X, I7-4770K et GTX-760.
