Hi,
I had dual boot Mavericks & Win 7 on my laptop working fine.
I installed Yosemite to a new partition on the same HDD using Unibeast, now I am able to boot both Mavericks and Yosemite but when I select the Win 7 to boot I get the BCD/Boot error.
I have tried to boot from the Win7 Intsall USB and select repair but it gives error saying this version of windows can't be repaired using this disk. Although I am using the same ISO which I had used to install Win7 earlier.

My current partitions list:

/dev/disk0
#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
0: GUID_partition_scheme *500.1 GB disk0
1: EFI EFI 209.7 MB disk0s1
2: Apple_HFS Mac OSx Mavericks 194.2 GB disk0s2
3: Apple_Boot Recovery HD 650.0 MB disk0s3
4: Apple_HFS Mac OSx Yosemite 55.4 GB disk0s4
5: Microsoft Basic Data 249.5 GB disk0s5

The order in which I had installed the OS were,
1.Mavericks
2.Windows 7
3.Yosemite

Please let me know if I can boot to my Windows without loosing my current windows installation.

You have too many partitions in front of the Windows partition. In order to boot, Windows must be on one of the first 4 partitions. Suggest you boot ot Mavericks, launch disk utility, delete the boot recovery HD partition and expand the Mavericks partition to include this space. This will move the Windows partition to #4 and should allow you to boot it again.

I've got the same problem and I solved it easily..

I've downloaded 'Easy Recovery Essentials Pro - Windows 7' and fixed the error, the tool will write over the EFI partition. It's OK, as long as you have a bootable USB to get to your OSX. You have to make a copy of the folder Microsoft\Boot inside EFI folder after a new format and installtion of Clover in ESP.

Then, you need to make a custom entry of Windows volume and directs the path to \EFI\Microsoft\Boot\bootmgfw.efi in config.plist. This will be easy with Clover Configurator in Gui section.

That's it..

Thanks for the solution, it worked.
I am able to boot to my Win7 without making any more changes.
