After some hard work i finally managed to install ML on my Sony Vaio VPCEA46FG :)
Thanks for tonymacx86 for the support allround. Injected EDID and got my internal LCD accelerated.
Sound is working
wifi is working
Performance is not bad

The main Con i'm facing is the lack of brightness control anywhere in the display settings
And the FAN speeds are very high. plus the SD card reader isn't working.

I think a DSDT patch could correct this, but being a noob i think somebody out here can help :)
Thanks in advance .
Im attaching my DSDT

I tried patching the DSDT for brightness slider according to your guide. But then it fails to boot.
And i also followed your native power management guide for laptops, but after removing nullcpupowermanangenent i cant get battery stats. I think mine is an arrandale processor and your guide is for sandy ivy and haswell.

My about mac was not working but now after loading macbook 6,2 from champlist it is now working fine.

Both the brightness guide and the power management guide apply to your system. You do have to choose the appropriate smbios, of course. I provide some guidance in the guide for newer systems, but for older systems you should refer to everymac.com to find Macs that have similar hardware.

Im also experiencing a lcd white flash at times. It may occur on the vaio screen wen the laptop starts and might continue to osx. Sometimes this appear in between usage is overheating causing this trouble ?

And i was stuck at the power management guide because the hp probook installer was failing

Maybe an overheat problem... no idea really. You should implement power management correctly...

For your hardware, the ProBook Installer is not used (because you should not be generating an SSDT). Read the guide carefully.

According to that guide i should follow the haswell instructions ?

Your laptop is not Haswell. It is pre-Sandy Bridge (1st gen Core i-series). Haswell is 4th gen Core i-series.
