Help please! First time, nothing works... 10.8.3, GA-Z77-DS3H, i3 3225

Hey, I have been reading about hackintoshes for a while, and have been excited to finally get mine up and running. I thought it would be a simple process since there are so many detailed guides on this website, but despite following them to the letter I cannot get anything to work on my build. Let me explain what all I have tried...

First the parts I am using all come out of the buyers guide (except the SSD I believe, though I don't think that really matters.)
Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H Motherboard Rev 1.1
Intel Core i3 3225
8Gb of Corsair Vengeance Blue 1600Mhz Ram
120Gb OCZ Vertex 3 SSD

A few days ago I began the installation using the guide on the front page of this website, everything went smoothly booting from the USB, installing, rebooting, and then it froze booting into the ML install from USB. I reset, and booted via safe mode, finished the installation, and ran MultiBeast, installing DSDT Free, the audio driver that matched the board, the network driver that matched, graphicsenabler=no and I don't believe I did anything else. reboot, nothing happens, frozen again. Using -v boot flag I was hung with AppleHDAController codec or something like that. After reinstalling, again having to boot in safe mode for part 2 of OS setup (using -v without safe mode I discovered that is hanging on the IOBluetoothController that I see others have had problems with as well), I ran multi beast again, this time ONLY installing DSDT free, reboot and I was able to boot into the OS without -x, from the SSD. Success! Until I install the audio driver, and then AppleHDAcontroller error again. This tells me something is wrong with the installation of that audio driver (btw, if any has a solution or fix for that, surely I'm not the only one experiencing it!) So today, after reinstalling and trying to set up using instructions from loginfailed's build, and a couple other user builds, all without success I am posting here. Starting from scratch, here is my progress now:

Set BIOS to optimized defaults changing ONLY Sata Mode to AHCI.
Install using Unibeast created usb drive
Unibeast installer froze for about 15 minutes, so I hit the reset button
Mountain Lion install showed up so I tried to boot into it using -v, no luck, froze on the IO BluetoothController thing
Reset, booted using -x, got into the installer to finish setting up OS
Finished OS set up inserted flash drive containing MultiBeast
copied Multibeast to desktop
changed permissions to allow me to run multibeast
ran multi beast, only trying to install DSDT free, nothing else, installation fails
try again, installation fails
restart, safe mode again, try again using fresh download of MB, this time it froze and a bunch of -v looking text popped up on the screen showing some kind of panic error
restart again, same thing again,
restart, now I can't even boot in safe mode it is hanging on -power management may be incomplete or unsupported-

That's where I have decided to stop for now before I throw the thing off my roof.

I have no idea what to do, it seems like every time I start over things get worse. I am very disappointed with the other posts on here because despite following various other build instructions to the letter, I have been unable to even finish the unibeast installation without using -x

If someone, anyone could offer up something that I haven't already tried, I would sure appreciate the help. Should I use a different HDD? Give up on 10.8 and try 10.7 instead? I have no idea, I really want this to work, I'm not ready to give up yet!!!

You mention you were using GraphicsEnabler=No, that's not required for your build as you don't have a video card that supports it.

You don't mention if you are still using this, if you are try without it.

Tried it both ways, I am going to try a new hard drive in a bit, a traditional SATA HDD, and see if it makes a difference. Any other suggestions? I know the IO Bluetooth Controller and AppleHDAController were recurring issues no matter what I did.

Bluetooth is the last thing that loads before the video drivers, so it appears there's something wrong with your video. What video output are you using?

I am using the built in VGA output on the back of the motherboard.

VGA isnt supported. Use dvi or hdmi

OK, wiped the hard drive, started over, using DVI output this time. BIOS settings are the optimized defaults except I turned AHCI on. Installed from Unibeast USB but when booting into the Mountain Lion Install from the USB, the system hangs. Last lines of code are:

WARNING: IOPlatformPluginUtil : getCPUIDInfo: this is an unknown CPU model 0x3a
-- power management may be incomplete or unsupported
DSMOS has arrived
[IOBluetoothHCIController][start] -- completed

That's it, it is frozen there. Since the mention of graphics I changed BIOS initial display settings to IGFX instead of Auto and changed Internal Graphics to Enabled instead of Auto.

Rebooted, same code as above. What do I do next?

Have you changed to DVI, by using a DVI to VGA adaptor? Because thats unlikely to work as well.

Hi, what plugins do you have in FakeSMC.kext?

If you're not sure look in /System/Library/Extensions/FakeSMC.kext/Contents/Plugins

delete everything in this folder

If you have OEMsmbios.kext in S/L/E delete that too, then run multibeast and just select definitions MacPro 3,1. Then run disk permissions for safety.

Thanks for the info, first defbref, I did switch to a DVI cable to the monitor, so that's not te issue.

Second, I haven't gotten to the OS to be able to install Multibeast, or check those directories. I may be able to boot in safe mode with -x, then check those directories. Should I try that?
