    Z77X-UD5H MultiBeast

    Can someone post their MultiBeast settings for Z77X-UD5H.

    I configured the BIOS using this guide.

    http://www.tonymacx86.com/99-quick-g...55-boards.html

    I'm running BIOS version 14.

    So far, I know I have to select "User DSDT or DSDT - Free Installation."

    From the Drivers > Audio > without DSDT > ALC898, that is what I checked.

    I don't need any Network Drivers because both ports are working "out of the box."

    I am using a regular SATA HD, under Disk do I select "3rd Party SATA" ?

    I don't have a discrete GPU, just Intel HD 4000, do I select "GraphicEnable=NO" under Boot Options?

    I'm referring to this guide as I go along.

    I have the same mb with i7-3770k. I didn't select anything under the graphics within MultiBeast but my Boot.plist has the GraphicsEnable to YES. Below is my Boot.plist setting. I've installed ML 10.8.1 and works flawlessly with and without my GPU (AMD 6870). Upgrading to 10.8.2 caused a lot of troubles so I went back to 10.8.1

    I have a "clean install" of 10.8.2 from a USB created with UniBeast.

    OK, I'm up and running.

    I used these BIOS settings:

    http://www.tonymacx86.com/99-quick-g...55-boards.html

    I followed Slugnet's MultiBeast setup, but only PART #1 since I don't have a discrete GPU at this time.

    I got the AUDIO working on the GREEN JACK on the back.

    I'm using VGA right now, DVI doesn't seem to be sending the signal.

    If you are using the HD4000 only you need to use GraphicsEnabler=Yes. This will be supported. Will also enable DVI.

    Need something like this... Depending on your monitor resolutions.

    <key>GraphicsEnabler</key>
    <string>Yes</string>
    <key>Graphics Mode</key>
    <string>1920x1080x64</string>

    you will need Network Drivers I am guessing you are referring to network working when you are installing using Unibeast - this is because the drivers are on the install media. When you boot from your new installation you will need to install the drivers - I use the Atheros ethernet which is the bottom one of the two Ethernet ports.

    I edited my my org.chameleon.Boot.plist

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">
    <plist version="1.0">
    <dict>
    <key>EthernetBuiltIn</key>
    <string>Yes</string>
    <key>GenerateCStates</key>
    <string>Yes</string>
    <key>GeneratePStates</key>
    <string>Yes</string>
    <key>GraphicsEnabler</key>
    <string>Yes</string>
    <key>Graphics Mode</key>
    <string>1920x1080x64</string>
    <key>Kernel</key>
    <string>mach_kernel</string>
    <key>Kernel Flags</key>
    <string>darkwake=0</string>
    <key>Legacy Logo</key>
    <string>Yes</string>
    <key>Timeout</key>
    <string>2</string>
    <key>UseKernelCache</key>
    <string>Yes</string>
    </dict>
    </plist>

    This what it looks like now, rebooted and OS X won't load, it's stuck at the WHITE BOOT SCREEN & APPLE LOGO.

    Yes, that is the full resolution of my 24" LCD.
