Follow the instructions in the README: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Null-Ethernet

If you haven't created a patched DSDT already, it is probably best to use the SSDT method.

i tried to some research on DSDT and SSDT and then i found out that i have to extract the DSDT by compiling it of which i did. i then patched the DSDT with the patch.txt that you provided but then my hackintosh cannot boot when i apply the DSDT. any suggestion?

If you are new to DSDT and not able to do it properly, use the SSDT method.

If you want to know more about DSDT and how to properly patch it, read here: http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-laptop-support/152573-guide-patching-laptop-dsdt-ssdts.html

It is a guide for laptops, but the principles remain the same on a desktop.

You need to install NullEthernet.kext with a kext installer (such as Kext Wizard).

Then copy the provided SSDT.aml where your bootloader will load it (depends on your [unspecified] bootloader).

No need for 'screen shots'....

i am using chameleon bootloader at the moment

The README describes how you must name the SSDT for Chameleon.

i managed to install through the ssdt method which was easy . my problem now is that my nullethernet is offline

As expected. It is not a real Ethernet driver and is not designed to connect you to the network. It is only used to satisfy the requirement of 'en0' for Mac App Store access. You need to have a working WiFi or other network (USB Ethernet, USB WiFi, etc) to connect to the internet.
