Hi, it's my first time installing mac os x on a pc, and I am stuck. I am trying to install mountain lion on an a system that was built for windows, but I have removed the Windows boot up drive and am trying to do this on a fresh 3 terabyte seagate barracuda. Everything works smooth until I reach the Apple boot screen. It just displays the apple on screen, and does not move forward from there. I am using a sandisk usb 2.0 16 gb flash drive with unibeast to get to the installer, but It just won't get that far. What do I need to do?

Apple's OS X needs to be on a HDD or partition that is <1TB.

The flash drive is 16 gb, but does the HDD that OS X will be installed on have to be less than one TB? Or just the drive the installer is on? Wouldn't it at least let me access the installer even if my hard drive is too big? Or will the Installer fail to load because of this? I have also tried using a 120 gb maxtor OneTouch external usb drive to access the installer, and it still does not work. That is far less than 1 TB, so I still can't seem to understand why this is happening.

I feel like this might be an issue with my GPU, but I dont have integrated graphics I can use.
