Solved - **** [IOBluetoothHCIController][SearchForTransportEventTimeOutHandler] -- Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport!

I saw many posts about this problem in different topics, so i decided to create this one to concentrate all in 1 topic.

Intel Core I7 3770
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 660
Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H
BIOS Version F12

Was trying update to 10.8.5 by 'Software Update' and 'Combo update'. After both i got this error. What i did try to do, and it didn't help:
1) GraphicsEnabler=No
2) Disable Internal Graphics in BIOS
3) Change system definition to "MacBook Pro"
4) Removing Generic kext from S/L/E.
5) Installing "DSDT..." (don't remember full name) option from the newest MultiBeast.

If someone know how can it be fixed, i will be very thankful.

Solved. I just updated BIOS, and disable VT-d in Bios, and it booted successfully without any flags. I'm not sure that updating BIOS is really necessary.

Nope. Had the same issue, BIOS upgrade & VT-d off did not work. Turning VT off before updating the BIOS didn't work initially.

Yes! it work for me, on gigabyte H87-HD3.

I only turn off this option on Bios, and I have a running system without any flag change.

I'm using the i7-3770k processor so there is no VT-d option in my bios but it suppose to be off by default.
Any suggestions?

Same here...!

Just installed Mavericks using Unibeast from "0"!
Installed only bootloader using multibeast 6.0 and got same error!

If i use the usb, created with unibeast it start ok!
Thats strange....!
The usb created with unibeast which flag use to start, so i can do the same,
or someone can help me? :(

Thx :)

Looks like a common problem after and/or during installation. I have mine hanging on this message after installation and booting up to Maverick.

Hopefully, this issue get proper attention.

I started having this problem off a stable build. I ran XCOM a few times, which would cause crashes, then the system would no longer boot. Then it would no longer boot in safe mode. Now I can only boot to the install USB, and only in safe mode.

Booting to windows is fine, however. I've tried turning off my overclock and deleting my extra directory. Next is deleting agpm.kext and after that taking out the video card.

I don't think the bluetooth thing is the problem, I think whatever it tries to do AFTER the bluetooth thing is causing the hang, and what that is is unknown since the system hangs before the message is displayed.

The system was KPing before I managed to boot into safe mode and reinstall fakesmc. Now it won't boot at all, but it doesn't KP. :banghead:

Halp!

Have the same problem: random crashes on a running system. Message is always
