.Kernel Panic on first reboot after Hard disk Installation of OSX Mountain Lion

I am a regular visitor of the forum but a first time poster.

I have a problem with Kernel Panic with Hackintosh Mountain Lion OSX 10.8.4. during the reboot after installation once I Eject the Unibeast ML Flash drive and try to boot the SSD drive on which I have installed the Mountain Lion all by itself. I am able to boot if the Unibeast is on board and I add the boot flag npci=0x3000 to boot the Mountain Lion installed SSD drive on SATA 4 port of GIGABYTE GA-X79-UP4 MoBo.

    Here are my Specs:

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-X79-UP4 LGA 2011 Intel X79 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel
    CPU: Intel Core i7 PROCESSOR
Heatsink &Fan: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
    RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 DDR3 32GB (8Gbx4)
Video Card MSI GTX 650 1 GB GDDR5 on PCI-E-1

I have 5 HDDs on The SATA ports .
    SATA 0 : Seagate 1 TB :Windows 8 Pro X64,
    SATA1: SAMSUNG SSD 120 GB: Win7 Ultiamte X64 ,
    SATA 2: Seagate 2TB: DreamStudio 12.04.2 X64

SATA 3: Seagate 1 TB: PCLinuxOS KDE 2013-4

SATA 4: SanDisk SSD 120Gb: Mountain Lion 10.8.4

my DVD RW is on SATA port 5.

Both Windows (7&8) and Linux systems ( DreamStudio Linux on Grub 2 and PCLinux OS on Grub legacy) work perfectly on a current dual Boot System using the hardware in this self built system.

I made the Unibeast ML Flash drive according to the guide from TonyMac ( I have previously built a system using the same guideline on MSI Z77aA & Intel i7 that has been working well as a Triple-boot system of Linux, Mac and Windows 7) .
After disconnecting all other SATA disks ( except the DVD drive) and connecting no USB devices to any ports except the keyboard Mouse and Unibeast FD to USB-2 ports and connecting the Monitor to HDMI port , I booted into the Unibeast FD . But because of multiple boot failures I had to use the following Boot Flags :

-v npci=0x3000 GraphicsEnabler=No and cpus=1 and USBBUSfix=Yes to successfully boot the Unibeast and install OSX MountainLion on the SSD drive.
I had to use the same flags for the first reboot to get to the new hdd install and install the Audio kext. Both the PCIE Video Card (MSI Nvidia Geforce GTX 650) and the Integrated LAN cards were working Ok) and all I did was to install Audio Kext (Universal) and then the Chameleon Boot loader.

I edited the com.apple.Boot.plist with the keys and strings I had to use to boot the Unibeast initially and HDD during the first reboot after initial installation.

When I ejected the Unibeast installation FD and tried to boot into the new Mountain Lion HDD
without any boot flags I started getting kernel panics. Even with the Boot flags I could not boot the ML hard disk.

The Screen would display: Panic (CPU 0 caller )Xfffff7f81d6e269.
    Unsupported CPU family 0x6.........
kernel extension in back trace :
    com.apple.driver.AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement (196. ).......

    .

Although I knew from other working systems that I have no hardware issues per se, I removed some RAM modules and tried different brands and all of them were properly recognized by BIOS and my other systems when connected, confirming them to be working OK but Mountain Lion continued to show Kernel Panic with the same screen message as above even after RAM swaps.

I have reinstalled the system a few times using different Flash drives but using Unibeast as the method.

I have very little knowledge about Kernel Panics and their troubleshoots in Hackintosh.

I hope there are more experienced folks here who might be able to suggest my next steps for a successful installation.

    Thank you in advance.
