Insert IBoot 3.3.0
Swap with S.L 10.6
Format SSD
Customize- Remove translations (1.2GB)
Download Update Helper
Open, reboot it
Installed 10.6.8 combo update v1.1 DON'T REBOOT
Download multibeast 3.10.1
Download DSDT into desktop and rename to DSDT.aml

Select the following

.USERDSDT
.system utilities
Drivers & boot loaders -> kext & enablers -> Realtek ALC88x ->
.ALC8XHDA ,
.APPLE HDA ROLLBACK
Disk->
3rd Party Sata
3rd Party esata
Miscellaneous ->
Fakesmc
Fakesmc plugins
USB 3.0
Network->
Lnx2mac's Realtek RTL81xx

Install , reopen 10.6.8 update and REBOOT.
Done.

Buy mountain lion from store.
Download unibeast
Insert USB to pc
Go to disk utilities
Select USB and 1partition
Under options select master boot record
Under format select Mac Osx extended jurnaled
Open unibeast
Continue,continue,continue and agree. Select USB
Click next don't chose anything in the options
Wait 10-15 min
turn of pc

Remove the graphic card and use on board graphics.

boot from USB
Install wait to finish installing and reboot with USB again.
Setup your account
Once in desktop
Download multibeast 5.0.1

Select the following

.userdsdt
.Realtek alc8xxhda
.with DSDT
Alc8889
Disk- 3rd party Sata , 3rd party esata, trim enabler
Miscellaneous-> fakesmc, fakesmc plugins, motherboard plugins, amd radeon plugins , usb3.0

Network
lnx2mac rtl81xx

Ssdt
Core i5

Reboot and done.

have you tried using a USB 3.0 device and ejecting it, then does your USB recognize new devices after that?

I have the same problem. Front audio (connected to mainboard with hd audio) don't work. Any help/solution would be appreciated!

Is your sleep properly working? I have an issue when my system goes to sleep fine, but when I try to wake I have no video. All fans and the drive sound like they are spinning, just no video. Would you mind showing your chameleon.boot.plist and which system profile you are using. I'm using Mac Pro 3,1 I believe.

i've a similar hardware config.

Sometimes the computer wakes up from sleep mode automatically.

After a year or so, a weird problem occurred and the main partition no longer appears in the boot screen (though the data is on the drive, but DiskWarrior was unable to fix the problem.)

The other issue is, with the 6870, I could never install directly with the ATi card installed. I had to remove it in favor of an old nVidia card. Once the install was done, I could put in the 6870 and all is well.
