If you have upgraded the BIOS to UEFI then the build should work just fine without a DSDT file. Make sure you select the correct multibeast options. Downgrading the BIOS is fine or patch the latest BIOS using this method > https://biosrepo.wordpress.com/2013/01/19/simple-way-to-patch-your-own-bios/

Not sure why you are not able to put the computer to sleep, bios settings seems to be fine. Have you tried sleep without the DSDT in extra folder? Does your cpu has builtin HD3000? If yes suggest try sleep by disconnecting the GPU..

Are you sure about the latest BIOS? does it support native power management? Latest DSDT attached. -

The DSDT you attached already had some edits, i have removed warnings and some lines try the attached DSDT. -
