Yes I do sadly. It's possible to use overscan to compensate, but then nothing in OS X is actually sharp, so it's a bad idea. I believe it's because it reports as a TV for some reason.

Why wouldn't it last very long? I doubt that it would break if left powering two fans? Besides, if it's low RPM fans, they are not likely to draw much power anyway. Even better if they are volted down.

1. Yes, if the CPU has HD4000 graphics. HD2500 won't work. 2. No. Hackintoshing requires drivers, bootloader and some magic that Unibeast and Multibeast provides. What CPU is it? Which i7?
