Hey hackintoshers,
I have a Lenovo G500s. I prepared a Mavericks & Clover USB installation stick and successfully installed it.
Thanks to "moonhack's/RehabMan" guide I changed the config.plist and it boots up.
I can play Chess / transparent Statusbar and Launchpad works .
But as you can see in the pictures there are those weired artifacts constantly moving (not static).
So I already tried all PlatformID's with no luck. I've also read in a Blog where somebody said that when the screen goes black it could be that the output is on a wrong port - so i tried VGA and HDMI with no luck too.

For understanding: It is Mirrored and the internal flickers, the HDMI not.
But what is noticed was (under 01660003 - have output on HDMI) that when i toggle couple times the setting optimized for Display 1 / 2 the artifacts are gone until I unplug the HDMI cable!

I installed windows once to check the size of VRAM with AIDA64! It is 32MB not 64MB!

Anyone an Idea what i can do ?

EDIT1: I patched the DSDT as told in the guide but nothing changed (brigness was already working before) so i removed it again.

Try setting resolution in config.plist (GUI tab using Clover Configurator).

You will need to rewrite your config.plist. It is corrupt.

Thanks for the hint. I created a new config.plist with the clover configurator.
Problem still remains :(

Post config.plist.

What do you mean with corrupt ? How can the IOReg be corrupt ? I Used IORegistyExplorer and hit save without changing anything !

config.plist cannot be loaded into xcode. Something has been damaged as far as XML/plist syntax. It is likely the syntax error introduced near the smbios section:
Code:
	<key>SMBIOS</key>
	<dict>
		<key>BoardType</key>
		<integer>10</integer>
	[B]*HIDDEN*[/B]
	</dict>

You should also check your Clover bootlog to see if your resolution setting is having an effect. Could also try injecting EDID.

ioreg was probably created with incorrect version of IORegistryExplorer. See here: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html
