When I tried to install Mavericks on my ACER V3-571g, I ran into a problem. It showed''applesdxcslot could not initialize sdxc slot''.I had used -v -x npci=0x3000 pcirootuid=0 dart=1,and the DSDT file provided at http://www.osx86.net/files/file/3580-acer-v3-571g-mavericks-109/.What else can I do?

You should not use a DSDT from another computer. Instead you should patch your own.

From what did you get the error? What harm does it cause?

You probably should not be using those flags. What are the specs for your hardware?

Intel HD Graphics 4000 ,Intel Core i5-3210M, nVIDIA GeForce GT 640M, Realtek ALC269,
Atheros AR5BWB222 Wireless Network Adapter PCI
Broadcom NetLink BCM57785 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller PCI

Using the Unibeast USB, you should be able to boot the installer with "IGPEnabler=No -x -v". If that doesn't work, remove the nvidia kexts from the USB, then try again (same flags). Nvidia kexts are NVDA*, GeForce*.

Your AR5BWB222 is not supported, you will need to replace it. Not sure about the BCM57785 either...

Well, I got a blank screen even after deleting NVDIA drivers.:crazy:It disappeared so fast that the only I can see is something about ''IOBluetooth''.Anyway, thanks for your help!

Did you use the bootflags? Also, make sure to add "-f" since you've modified the /S/L/E...

Yes, I had used those bootflags(include ''-f''),but I still got a black screen. Harddrive was not read at that moment.I am sure I saw something about IObluetooth, does that mean anything noticeable?

Try adding dart=0.

The BT errors are meaningless... it is a graphics issue.

You might also try: "Graphics Mode"=1366x768x32

(yes, with the quotes, and with the resolution matching your display)

Unfortunately,I still got a black screen.:banghead:
