Can't Boot into the OS!

My build is:-
Gigabyte H87M-D3H
Core i5 4430
Zotac NVIDIA Geforce GT 610
4GB RAM
I had this machine up and running without any problem.Today morning when i tried booting the machine, it was not not booting. I tried to boot into safe mode by entering "-x" and since then it is booting into safe mode every time I restart the machine. After the whole loading is completed it gets stuck on the white Apple Logo screen.
I also tried "-v" it says"Incorrect number of thread records"
Please help!

Also My BIOS is F4 on OS X 10.9.5... Will that make any difference?

Looking over the search results as I've never come across this error myself, there only seems to be a temporary solution and that would be either to use another OS X bootable drive (back up) or UniBeast USB and repair the drive from the installer with disk Disk Utility, but the problem returns and doesn't always repair. Suggest backing up your drive/data, save yourself a lot of time reformat and install fresh.
