select language on/after installation

Hi,
i project to install mavericks on a hackintosh
I've already made the usb boot stick (so i have set my language settings to english as said in the tutorial)
My question is, can i select french (which is my language) in the installation or shoul'd(can) i select it once the installation done?

Once installation is completed and everything is working, booting from HDD/SSD, audio, networking, etc., Go to System Preferences ->Language and Region
Click on the + below the Preferred Languages: box

select your language from the dropdown menu.
drag it to the top of the list.
log out, log back in. Everything should be in your language you chose.

Note that some apps may not be available in your language and this may cause problems for you.
