Hello,

I have the following build:

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97-D3H
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K
Harddrive: Crucial SSD M550 256GB
8 GB of DDR3 Memory at 1600mhz( 1 slot )
CoolerMaster Water cooler

There are no CD or DVD drives

I installed Mac OS X Mavericks without any bootflags, and with the method decscribed here. ( http://www.tonymacx86.com/374-unibeast-install-os-x-mavericks-any-supported-intel-based-pc.html )

Installation worked perfectly, but after the install, first boot, it gets stuck after the following lines:

DSMOS has arrived
[IOBluetoothHCIController][start] -- completed
****[IOBluetoothHCIController][SearchForTransportEventTimeOutHandler] -- Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport!

DRMStatus: iTunes/Apple Store Content Access Problem. Content playback may be disabled on this computer. You can continue to use this machine, but you should contact an Apple support representative. ErrorCode: 8877652

After this, it does nothing. Screen stays like this.

I have the following BIOS settings

Bootmode: Legacy
Init Display First: IGFX
Sata Mode AHCI.

I dont know what is going wrong.

Somebody can help?

I actually CAN boot with the -x bootflag, but then i am in Safemode, so yea..

Thanks

Hi,

zone leak detection enabled
"vm_compressor_mode" is 4
standard timelicing quantum is 10000 us
standard background quantum is 2500 us
mig_table_max_displ = 74
TSC Deadline timer supported and enabled
FakeSMCKeyStore: Started
AppleKeyStore Starting (BUILT: Aug 17 2014 20:21:39)

Then it does nothing and reboots after a little while.

Hi !

I got the same hardware and faced the same issues with Mavericks. After multiple retries, I found out that the multibeast DSDT free config - as explained in the guide - wasn't working fine so I tried with "EasyBeast" instead, adding "ElliottForceLegacyRTC, EvOreboot, all 3 FakeSMC, NullCPUPowerManagement" and it worked but I don't get any HD4600 support.

My question is : "Did you get Mavericks working with integrated graphic / audio" ? I guess our 4790k isn't kind of supported by the FakeSMC present in Multibeast for Mavericks ?

I'll give a try to Yosemite today and let you know !

Thks

I have almost the same hardware but I've added a GTX780 (need cuda and my monitor needs dual-link DVI). I couldn't get Mavericks or Yosemite to boot. Don't know why, others have. In the end created an install USB using Clover. Worked first time.

i have Z97-D3H and it works perfectly with the HD 4600 but i have i5-4690K the problem which i am facing is the HDMI in the motherboard does not work with Audio i connected it with Toshiba TV it is very good but the Audio does not work in addition the Realtek ALC1150 i've installed it but it does not work too ?
