Asus M51AC and Mavericks - Install Hangs at Apple Logo

Hey guys,

I have tried to install Mavericks a few times on this desktop (with a different-than-listed graphics card) but the installer stops at the Apple logo and the spinning wheel stops spinning after a few seconds.

I have tried verbose mode and the last thing I saw was "system uptime in nanoseconds" (I don't really remember the exact phrasing and I'm on the desktop right now. Sorry about not having any pictures!).

Any tips on what's wrong or what to search for will be great!

If any more specifics or a picture of verbose are needed, I will get it in as soon as possible.

My specific desktop has an Intel i7 processor, a self-installed GTX 750 Ti NVidia graphics card, and 16 GB of memory. Everything else is stock.

It's been a week without an answer so I'm going to bump this once to see if there could be an answer or tips this time. If not, I will not bump this anymore.

750Ti is not supported GPU yet. This may be the cause of your install pronlems. Suggest you remive the GPU and install using CPU HD400 gfx.
 
Yep, original graphics card reaches the install screen no problem! Thanks moderator!
