Bluetooth: Not Available

So I had a successful install with the GA-z87x-ud5 motherboard. Everything was running fine on 10.9.3. bluetooth and audio were fine. I updated to 10.9.4 and bluetooth and audio started to act up. I didn't feel like troubleshooting it so I thought I would revert back to 10.9.3 via Carbon Copy Clone. So I'm back on 10.9.3 now and everything is working fine except the bluetooth. The software is showing no signs of bluetooth existing. It says "Bluetooth: Not Available" on the top menu bar and there is no signs of bluetooth on the computer. I'm using the IOgear bluetooth dongle because the onboard bluetooth started acting weird. Please help! I've searched for days for a solution.

Just install a new bluetooth dongle and it stills says "Bluetooth: Not Available." Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've been searching everywhere and can't find anything.
